Seesaw 2 is based in and end terraced house, close to the town centre. It is a small nursery with a family atmosphere.
The ground floor has a 12 place pre-school group and an 8 place toddler group. On the first floor is a 6 place baby unit and everyone has access to a back garden.
Children are given drinks and snacks throughout the day, which may include wholemeal bread, milk, fruit, raisins etc. We cook lunches and tea for children or they can bring a packed lunch box. We encourage plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Although the nursery is open 50 weeks a year, children can attend school term time only and no retainer fee is charged.

Similarly, children can attend from 8am to 6pm or for the two government grant sessions only which run from 9 - 11.30am or 1 - 3.30pm.

As the 3 and 4 year old grant only covers 38 weeks of the year, we ask that parents contribute the remaining week to cover the rest of the academic year. Other funding is also available to help some children and families and the nursery can advise in these instances.
